What's sick is we all know I got a judgement and awarded a settlement. Well no denying this share price is a pathetic 07 cents. The kicker here and very long story and not going to share details just yet. We had an antidilution clause. They think one amount and I have a different amount owed. Well I never agreed to the amount but they deposited what they think is the correct number in reserve. I did not agree . I still do not agree. This is a cheap azz .07 cents and Wais and David are handing out the shares as of late. Bottom line I did not sign off on this final count that I agree to that number and finalize it. So long story short because the company always thinks they are right we will likely be back in court. They are short shares and 100 percent they are. How many I know they do po we more so when they get served again. We will both have attorney fees and I already have some attorney fees by the way. They will pay both attorneys and still have more shares to add to the reserve. I am a shareholder and as sad and pathetic as this is Einhaus vs.Textmunication is likely again. For what? Shares that today closed at .07 cents on 300 share volume. Once again what a joke I must say just to be honest. How many shares went to employees? Do they get paid? Greed but enough said of this for now.
