I talked with Robert Kohn a few weeks back. He said they would put out information if the deal were to sour. So far no news is good news. As far as I can tell 120 days from the effective date of the MOU would be July 31 and then a 59 day extension is possible from what was stated in the MOU. Staying positive for now. Definitely don't want to be the guys who sells then this thing goes bonkers.
