Sales have arrived and most likely not going to stop thanks to the Farm Bill.

The Hemp Farming Act of 2018 was a proposed law to remove hemp (defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% THC) from Schedule I controlled substances and making it an ordinary agricultural commodity. Its provisions were incorporated in the 2018 United States farm bill that became law on December 20, 2018.

McConnell is still in the drivers seat for his state and country.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) met with the head of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Thursday, urging him to develop regulations so that hemp-derived CBD can be lawfully marketed.

While Congress and friends play political chess, the hard-working farmers, concerned parents with ill children, and the rest of the country will not wait.

Also, do not forget that hemp was a stepping stone to MJ reform, which gives several years advantage to those in the hemp industry.

Not only have sales arrived, but they are expected to accelerate rapidly.

Hemp Inc only in three states, so far. There are 47 other states, plus other territories to expand into.

The "floodgates" are about 1-degree open, but they continue to swing open...

Just not happening as fast as people would like, for sure (i.e. politics, pilot studies, infrastructure, etc.)
