I agree with you - that's what we all want.

That being said, there seems to be real momentum with the Allergy testing. Even the most fervent naysayers can't deny that - Dispute billing vs. revenues vs. earnings and I won't complain but claiming the company is fraudulent is pushing it in my view. People have literally taken the test and posted pics of the results. I did the same thing in the past with the Pinnertest and buying a product off arrayit.com. That's putting ones money where there mouth is.

Yes financials are delayed yet again but a potential investor - gambler :) - can make some somewhat educated decisions on whether to invest, stay or go.

My personal view is that the delay in financials is related to the ongoing litigation but that's just my opinion. I'm riding free shares (a pretty good # of them) and I'm not going anywhere.
