Should be no surprise that stock px of ATHX is tanking.
Here's why:

Helios pulls out of deal and ATHX ( in order to fill the tank ) dilutes. The two together spells px collapse.
Down $.08 today alone.
Expect continues weakness and maybe new 52 week lows to come.

$2.00 is not going to happen.
