Just spoke with Matthew McMurodo - Securities Counsel for TRDX.


I asked a few questions:

Is David Lazar custodian on TRDX still?

-He thought he sold but he said he has not been in the process all to much anymore. He could be holding still but wasn't positive. I told him I tried reaching out to David but have yet to hear back from him. He also stated that if the Q1 report was filed with David's name on it then he in fact filed that Q and there are no questions left in regards to that.


-Is he planning on stock splitting this before reverse merger?

That is my only worry in which I believe a stock split prior to reverse merger would not bring this up the way we all would like it to. Ideally, only the new management can control what they do with this and how they want to go. Hopefully this won't be a question and we see a reverse merger and that's it.
