My response was specific to why the linked site probably wasn't a great source. I was neither defending nor offering my personal opinion regarding Adam Long and L2. However, I am not sure I'd be hoping for the case to become about the personalities and the ethical business practices of the individuals involved. Both sides might be able to call witnesses who are less than flattering.
