Keith Westergaard was part of the original 2015 RM and shareholder exchange in the 2015 formation of DSG Global. He stayed on until 9/30/2016, which is almost 3 years ago.

"An aggregate of 4,229,384 shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock of DSG TAG were exchanged for 51 Series B and 3,000,000 Series E preferred shares during the year ended December 31, 2018 by Westergaard Holdings Ltd., an affiliate of Keith Westergaard, a previous member of our board of directors which have not been issued as of December 31, 2018."
