You are my new project....Your posts will recieve special attention by some legal types whom I work with, that are researching the legal issue of disclaimers.

Internet disclaimers are heading to court, hiding behind them just might not work in the not so near future.

Your Alias is no protection from legal remedies if you are found out to be illegaly enabling or promoting a stock fraud..
