Yep, and here's another of those 1000 share paint-jobs that lower the pps by 20%, and I imagine it's just an attempt to pick up cheapies by a bottom-feeder. And yet, it's also encouraging in a back-handed sort of way to speculate that MMs and whales etc are interested in getting on-board or increasing their stashes.
