its not the reverse split that opens up the ability to obtain quality financing...its getting to a higher exchange...

the r/s is supposed to help kblb get to a higher exchange which will help obtain better financing...

kim can reverse split...but I don't think that qualifies kblb for a higher exchange...I don't believe they meet all the criteria...namely the $80 mil in assets...

in the sh letter, kim portrayed the Nasdaq as the land of milk and honey and pretty much said hes going to r/s split come hell or highwater..

in any case, all that takes time...which he apparently doesn't have a lot of since he so hastily put together the sh meet..

kim needs the money yesterday...and with it will come dilution..
