I’m I am Omar, why not release news ? Why would he risk others sniffing around when all but the cat’s tail is out of the bag ? Watch a deal happen for say 2.5b with Medtronic providing say $35m now. The help upfront will just get subtracted from the agreed upon buyout total and balance due will then be owed. Remember, PPS is only going to get so high anyways, until FDA actually approves it. I am wondering who owns the 4’s as that is over $32m right there !!
