Dontcha think he should obey the law?
I realize that is a foreign concept in pennyland, but when a CEO admits to not following the law in a filing, doesn't that endanger the company?
To our knowledge, based solely on review of the copies of such reports furnished to us for the period ended March 31, 2019, the Section 16(a) reports required to be filed by our executive officers, directors and greater-than-10% stockholders were not filed on a timely basis.
Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
