LEEP sold their Tiny Home to a Contractor, who then sold the Tiny home to a customer, who is apparently quite happy with his purchase.

I agree, this 8k isn't very coherent.

I'm cautiously optimistic. A lot of promising statements that suggest a larger deal could be reached in the coming months. Like Tommy mentioned, this is a long shot. It would be wonderful to see the LEEP crew on iHub get rewarded for their patience and entertaining banter. Fingers crossed that we won't have to wait another 18 months for a follow-up.
