Not even because it might not seem to be a good case. The court sometimes does not review a case because they feel the issue is not a priority relative to the MANY others they are asked to review or because they do not think it is the right case to use for precedent or the right time. FORGET ABOUT IT! This troll is dead and buried. A TOTALLY unsympathetic tick on actual creative intellectual property providers like Apple Google or Microsoft. In my opinion.
