Here's a little snippet:

"Justice of the High Court of Justice in England, Clare Moulder has knocked the wind out of Kosmos Energy’s claims to offshore Sao Tome & Principe block 4. According to our sources, on January 4, the British judge confirmed the conclusions of an arbitration in London lost by ERHC at the end of 2018. When solicited by Total, the High Court of Justice asserted that ERHC was the full title holder of the Sao Tome & Principe block 4 ( AEI 831). By the same token, the agreement made between ERHC and Total on October 17, 2017, to lay down the terms by which the French major would enter the block, remains, according to the High Court, valid. ERHC, whose financial situation is very unstable, will have to reimburse Total’s legal fees."

Here's the link in the Google Cache, for those who want it for free:

So the next step is for someone to look at the October 17 2017 agreement with Total.
