My speaking with BCSE was quite illuminating and encouraging
The BSCE stated that the valuation offer for LDS could Not be considered by BSCE whether legitimate valuation or not as that is in the eye of the buyer and seller NOT the BSCE.
However, the executive of LDS, based on their history and personal positions, would be considered in their acceptance of the offer as being self-biased. Thus the acceptance of any offer could be SOLEY a voted decision by independent s=hareholders of LDS -ie no member of the Board and management.
