I have been informed that the CEO and CFO “mistakenly” signed the company’s financials stating they were prepared in accordance with GAAP.

A pro-On4 investor says “forget about GAAP”, IRS rules.

I guess the SEC is wrong in requiring companies to report using GAAP, unless of course there are international operations and the company elects to report using IFR.

Someone needs to let the SEC know they are wrong.
