It is silly to think any company would uplist to otcqb and then to Nasdaq in the same year...That would be costly, and the share price would have to be at least $4 to do that, which is unlikely with the current OS.
If anything, it would move up to otcqx sometime after otcqb...but again, not likely within one year - if at all.
What I expect to see is this first uplist to get out of the pinks, then hard work to pay off the loans and work to open the backlog. At some point, when there is profit sufficient to keep the company doors open, a share buyback could take place to reduce the OS. That would literally increase the share price by decreasing the OS. An RS is extremely unlikely - it is done by companies that cannot make profit and live on loans that they can't pay back...the toxic spiral. No reason to think VRUS would go down that rabbit hole, which is why we have our shares here.
