Just investors don't like it; scientists love it, people that work there love it, you love it few others.

Scientists have different measure for success, personnel have a great job make lot of money, administration here make lot of money.

High burn rate, dribble of revenues, unproven products, patents they couldn't afford to defend if violated, doubling tripling of personnel, regular dilution events, being put out years with guidance, don't even bother to hold CC, these are the kinds of things investors don't like.
