Awards with DOE and NETL for Carbon Capture are being doled out on August 7. Could be related to expecting awards and announcing an initial commercialization plan with Exxonmobil, or other advanced tech projects with Exxonmobil, or Exelon. Could just be a coincidence. However, deadline for NRG and Tulare is now August 9, so that project should be sold or have a PPA. TS details should be public knowledge by then for sure. I think they are waiting in news that catapults the stock to $2-$3 then they sell at least part of the 42 million shares. At $2+ they get plenty of cash to resolve any current financial issues. At $3 or more, they never look back.
