400 acres is not enough land to sustain an operation in crops. you need about 5 times that much. However it is a nice partial to lease out to farm. However the lease agreement will probably pay for water and taxes.
Hemp may have an initial increase in price for the first year or two of crops. But once it is an establish cash/rotation crop the price will adjust to norms with weather being the biggest factor on supply. Just like corn, beans, cotton, etc.
Gilbert, I do not know the man, but I know he is involved in banking. That is probably where Gilbert sees the future in the cannabis world.
As for me turning from positive on LVVV to negative is pretty simple. They went from a plan that I understood. To one I have no idea what they are doing. 7X pure, clones, pods, delivery, I understood that. CBD for jumping horses and a dope smoking retreat, I haven't figured out yet.
