If you read the new filing closely, on June 3,2019 the promissory note with Delfin was yet again increased to $465k, from $350k.

So as stated prior, Delfin continues to fund this shell even further and Mr. Jones is our CEO for another year... hmmmm. Wonder what’s gonna happen next :)
