Share dilution is insignificant, it is increasing revenue that is important, do you believe QMC will never has any sustainable revenues and its revenue will NEVER increase? If that is true, all shareholders should worry, may be they should sell everything and move on.

Ascent Technologies (OTC:ASTI) raised its Authorise Shares 2 billion in 2017, its current A/S is 20 billion! Its share price is at 0.008 CENT and it is still striving and surviving !

Intel Corp has over 4 billion shares outstanding with a market cap over $200 billion and share price of $50 !
