Well I looked further and the twitter account is definitely connected to the website itself, so unless the site is bogus, it would appear the twitter acct is the real deal.

Monday should be the telltale. And again, this is a victory either way. If the original holders of the shell are fighting to maintain it, they must have some plans in store that we will find out about sooner than later.
