I personally was on that conference call in which Gerald made all of these claims. All of the investors were going to be rich beyond their dreams and would mess their pants with excitement. Of course, the 3 billion stock issuance of Eastern followed by the 20 million issuance of Bnet Media at prices of .0001 to himself brought me into the realization I was dealing with a scam. He even priced the securities differently depending upon whom he was dealing with and the shell he delivered was not even clean nor paid for. The scam there was that the owners of the shell ended up with more than they started with, and in addition, many of these owners had not even paid for their shares. No clearing firm would ever have allowed these shares to trade. I had been asked by the SEC to forward the tape which I had made, but determined it was not worth my effort to expend more energy into confronting an old man in a bunch of lies and deceit. His shares are worthless now anyway, so what's to gain by my wrath? We investors were simply lured by our own greed by a professional huckster. That is why I often referred to him as The Flim Flam Man, beautifully portraited by George C Scott in the film of the 50s.
