WARMACHINE, if I am own a consultant company and render services, why would I accept stock of a POS company in lieu of cash? The ONLY way I would accept stock is if I kNEW there was a reasonable chance of making significantly more than what was owed!

NO ONE...NO ONE...would accept stock of a POS company with no chance of getting paid! NO ONE!
