Hey Ron, seriously speaking, I am only waiting for one thing. Reorganization plan and then confirmation. Chapter 11 has a process and I am depending on it to work for me. I for one don’t believe in the bidding process or auction as it is definitely arranged and rigged to do what they need. Sorry bud, but I think there will be serious dilution unless they are bought out or decide to liquidate Bert. I’m just hoping they lift up the stock price a bit before a split takes place. The fact alone that they have delayed Vector deal says it all. There is no reason why Ceplene has not been purchased. Not one reason other than the fact that they plan on doing a merger of some sort. The idea that Armory calls out the stalking bid two months before they even announced the stalking bid with Alexion which was supposed to be negotiated with terms etc. C’mon. How can anyone now take this auction serious. Alexion has seen the data room and yet they still negotiate a garbage APA. Very uncool. Motion should be approved next. After that it’s just a matter of time to get some answers. I think by the end of August we should see some direction. Cheers
