Ok, I see your point, but do we have enough time to sue other infringers, like you said WDDD patents will expire in 2022? IF PTAB move too slow, and if ATVI and Bungie play delay games, they do not want settlement, we also need spend more time going to district court. Hope you could explain this situation. I only concern timetable, I have been patience for 8 years. I have no choice I must wait to last minute to win BIG!
