Quarters - Appreciate your thoughts, and as a long time holder, agree with opinions stated as well. However, I am not following your math on the above. If a 40-to-1 split, doesn’t that put the O/S at ~21M shares (835M div by 40). Thus, if the 2 voting shares are worth 400M votes, “substantially” takes a different meaning with essentially 20x voting power of entire O/S (not even counting his 200+M shares that will be effected by the RS). I’m not understanding this element.
