This property will serve as HPIL Holdings Inc. corporate headquarters, main offices of HPIL’s nuUnlimited North America Inc. Joint Venture and as the primary factory space for RodDoc Inc., HPIL’s wholly owned subsidiary for refurbishing drilling rods.”

Once this deal is finalized, news will start flowing again, imho.
