The interest in this stock has been declining steadily. And it's no wonder. The "company", Aul, Kisa, have left the long investors in the cold not bothering to provide an update or renew the business licence STILL, and not posting financials.

It's all the "company's" fault for the PPS being where it is now. There is nothing in the foreseeable future that can turn this around.
