I believe that if LAHO wasn’t serious about this RM they wouldn’t have PR’d GSCG’s news, they would have diluted this down to nothing, and wouldn’t have bothered filing a binding LOI. They could have save themselves the time and resources and just PR’d a standard LOI to rope folks in. There is much going on behind the scenes that is waiting to be released any day now. It could be any morning now. Also, GSCG’s news has slowed since the end of June. In my opinion this silence won’t last much longer. I’m excited.
