How is this a dilution scam?

Yes there were warrants and common stock issued with a lock in period until September, with an exercisable price of .50 cents. The float is still 24.7 meaning the dilution hasn’t even happened nor will it until the stock hits .50 cents a share. You people spew shit, but don’t fucking read.
