I think Mad just recently said that the case should have reached a decision by now. I trust his knowledge of timelines. I can’t fathom that a Judge would even consider leaving for vacation without finishing up. They’ve had quite a bit of time to work on this. We’re not even sure if vacation is the reason he’s not available. It could be personal. Either way, it’s just wishful thinking on my part.
