I guess the benefit is it makes people know something is happening and removes certain filing requirements to allow the ticker to survive. (as best I know).

I really do not know what it is going to happen here so I do not want to give any false hope. But I do believe filing the Form 15, getting the stock off zero and combining any bigger investors interested in Impact/WSTI with a stock that is moving and a Reg D offering of units is the best way to give this a chance and have told Dan this.

I think in terms of structuring , everything is up to Dan but I have not seen anything that makes any more sense than a plan that would

1- Take those 2 or three big investors and work a deal

2- Combine that with filing of Form 15 along with announcement of the above

3-Allow the stock to get moving to allow the 14,000 some odd WSTI shareholders a chance to participate in a D offering (at least some of them, especially the bigger ones) to give this more legs and get more money in through warrants.

The sticking point is WSTI has legacy issues we know about. Best case scenario 2-3 million (or more) but even at that level its like sinking money into old bills so there would have to be enough money up front to make that make sense.

The other possibility is to avoid the issue by doing a merger , new company with some sorta stock swap for WSTI peeps. Seeing we are at 1 tick or 450k or so market value, almost anything that doesnt shut us out completely should be a positive , at least I hope so..

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
