With all due respect, amigo, I disagree 100%.

From a moral/ethical standpoint, I agree completely, but from a technical standpoint, he owes his marks nothing.

There was no IPO or secondary offering. No shares were sold from NTEK to the current stockholders. All of those shares were bought on the secondary market mostly from insiders and toxic loaners who bought those shares figuratively pennies on the dollar as well as other confederates like Lisa and Bennie who were just given the shares that they sold.

The only thing that NTEK shareholders can look forward to is some Foley schadenfreude...
