Now would waggs file the IND and not tell us?

Despite the itch for Kenny to do so, it's likely he would not tell.


Despite Kenny being quite the Chatty Kathy type during pre-clinical and all the years before, he can't tell SHs if, and when a mythical IND goes in. Why? Because it would start a firm 30 day timeline. Ever mention Kenny doesn't like timelines? Furthermore, Kenny and all of the heavy PMCB dudes, are like the gang that can't shoot straight. It would be embarrassing if the FDA kicked a mythical IND back to em, and told em to try again. Although that would give Kenny all kinds of time to stretch it out with another year's worth of PR pumps.

.oh oh...what if he did?

Let's see... start the cells on Jun 11, and 22 days later finish on 02-Jul. Then comes QC which lasts 30 days. Gonna finish 30 days of QC testing in 9 days or on 11-Jul? Oh my, that sounds ... dangerous. LOL
