a rebuttal more than likely will come in the AM before the opening giving the company the time this eve to prepare a strong reply ..thus catching the shorts with a nice gap up just as longs were gapped down today. If the stock goes higher then initial gap up then you can catch a nice short squeeze. SO will the company do this or not is the question . If they are planning a response my guess is that's how they do it.
