Reading the 10K Correctly, Mexus took out 3 promissory notes in 2019 for a total of $177,754 Due in 2020 with annual interest of 10% & 12%--AWESOME rates given to the company by promisory note shareholders!

Mexus currently has 2 Power-up Lending notes outstanding that were taken out taken out April 5th 2019 and June 11th, 2019.

On May 10th 2019, Mexus paid off a previous Power-up note for $111,531 in cash.
