I have had a discussion with a number of investors who are familiar with BCE matters. They state that if enough shareholders of LDS complain to the BCE, they MAY rule that management of LDS could NOT participate in the vote to merge with TransCanna. ie only independent shareholders vote COUNTS.
I will be trying to find out if this is true. Please help.
