No surprise. I'm not doubting Cogosense is a legit company w/ product, but that doesn't mean ONCI is selling any of that product:

Berman's 'record revenue' & $200k monthly profit claims are CLEARLY LIES. OBVIOUS LIES.

Truth is easily verifiable, and claims of 'record revenues' would be BACKED UP W/ VERIFICATION if true - because that would lead to MUCH HIGHER VALUATION!

If 'smart money' CAN'T value the business properly (you need REAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS for that) they will apply a very low (or zero) valutation.

Experienced traders may overlook fake financials IF share price is at least moving in the right direction.

$ONCI can provide NO VERIFICATION of financials, NOR is the share-price moving in the right direction! Give me 1 or the other at least.

Berman's CON relies purely on the smallest-of-small 'dumb money retail investors' who will believe what they're told. whether by Berman himself, or minions on msg boards.
