Yes, I can't get over the fact that the merger fail news was delayed to us shareholders until all those "in the know" have driven the price down considerably.

If shareholders have to guess what is real and what is a fake move down, then insiders will win the "OTC sell or hold game" every time against us outside investors.

Not a level playing field, OTC!
