You would think management would inform investors of something after two weeks since the R/S other than the recent 8-K stating more dilution of the stock. Does anyone know exactly what $75,000 in general working capital purposes means regarding the Power Up note ( A bigger car for the CEO?, A pay raise for his wife?, A special bonus for himself?). I'm confident general working capital doesn't mean working on getting up-listed to a major stock exchange or advancing PRP towards human trials.
