Mark obviously recognizes how important it is to State revenues because they are on most of his tweets with the companies he is doing business with. IMO, as it has been stated here by others, with the conclusion of some of the lawsuits, he'll feel more comfortable with increasing the share price, perhaps. Why he said that's a financials would be coming out in each quarter of the last 4 quarters, I have no idea about that. And it caused people to be skeptical about Q3. I believe he will get it done.
