Why is it that everyone interested in Paim is willing to blow off these 2.6bn shares that were added during the buyback?. All of us shareholders combined were promised 2.7bn shares. The company awarded itself with 2.6bn nearly the same number we were to receive. Where is the accountabilty for these shares?. If this is acceptable then prepare for some more of it. We need them to report on these shares and a breakdown of who received what. We need to know if all these shares have been sold into the market and how many haven't. The trust was broken here.

We were also told that we should have a (base) price of .001 with 2.7bn shares after the completion. The stock has sold off since its high which would have reach a much higher level if not for this. It sold off even more after learning of 2.6bn that were added at we are still at .001. What is supporting this?. My belief is that not all these shares have all been sold. This creates this added risk and this is why we remain in this trading range thats existed since the news of it.

This should have never occurred during the buyback. These were being sold without our knowledge when we were led to believe otherwise, that no dilution was occurring or would occur. When money was pouring into this stock under this belief it was also coming out. Look at the turmoil it created with all the restrictions and the chill. Brokers were able to do the math as well.

How many got caught up in all this and how many were penalized for selling when they weren't suppose to?.....This wasn't acceptable on the companies part, and neither should this be to investors. Its the same as insiders selling into inside information. The difference here is this was made public and they were doing it without anyone but them knowing it. They were taking advantage as the pps was increasing.

Look how long this buyback process took place. This was all apart of it. It drove the price share down considerably before it really had the opportunity of gaining any real ground. We have no idea how much market cap was lost from this. How many investor dollars went toward this private placement or anything else.

Where did the honour and trust to committed shareholders go?. Is everyone who is holding cd's willing to just blow these off, knowing that it would only be the pps gaining value to give these any value?.

These other matters of raising cash and all needed for the operations should have been signaled to the investors by way of Pr, or discussions so everyone was made aware of the companies needs and the actions it was prompted to take.

We can't play a guessing game with this stuff, and we shouldn't have to. We aren't mind readers and have no way of knowing what or when the company is gonna do something that shareholders will pay for. If its swept under the rug as uneventful and acceptable it is bound to happen again and again.

I am a shareholder and I do have cd's but I for one am not willing to risk more till we get some discovery on this.
