Authorized may have to be raised to 3 BILLION + shares as it appears they are willing to accept as much funding at .0008 as they can get.
One has to ask -- why are they willing to do that if they think the company is valued much higher? Why won't someone like Kodak or a more credible company provide funding at terms that don't dilute the hell out of the stock?
Something doesn't add up.
My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
