The key on these runners is getting in and loading up while there is no news and others havent heard anything yet.

This is gonna be a fun one as the outstanding shares already decreased by 170 million from last month. From 3.33b now down to 3.16b. This can only mean one thing from my years in the pennyworld. It means they either have excess cash on hand or the company knows their stock is extremely undervalued and with this joint venture going on behind the scenes and david pollock now running it, only a matter of time before news hits and we see what's being built and marketed here. Seriously this is gonna be a blast once it goes.
