Yet the OS has in fact increased from 12.X Billion a year ago to the current 17 Billion, the result of that dilution is being felt currently as the shares are being sold into the market over the last 6 months and will continue until the last 2 billion in slack between the OS and Float is dumped.

It is in fact a product of dilution.
