There was a PR put out saying that the deal should be completed in Q-1.

It's now Q-3, and no confirmation. We only heard once that I can recall, about how things were progressing nicely.

And now we have a showroom lease in Texas to lean on.

If the merger fell apart; is Ralston obligated to inform us? That's the million dollar question.

All we have is: That it still looks as if everything regarding the aquisition, is still on the fence.
